About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales & Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention of our clients with Technogym Digital Solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Successfully planning and supporting the installation and implementation of Technogym cloud solutions in the fitness sector.
  2. Achieving sales and profitability targets for our digital offering: software, hardware, and devices.
  3. Providing ongoing best-in-class support to drive usage and retention of Technogym cloud solutions. This will involve educating and supporting customers through a blend of on-site training, events, and remote delivery via webinar tools, with a focus on maximizing productivity.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing successful customer training and activation, ensuring the highest usage of MyWellness platform and maximizing active users.
  • Promoting and activating initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting Field Sales in pre-sales activities, providing product training to the sales force about our Wellness Network products and services.
  • Defining a list of prospects and customers to proactively visit and sell software solutions to, regardless of whether there is an equipment opportunity.
  • Building best practices based on successful real customer case histories to demonstrate the value of our digital solutions on the market.
  • Providing reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 3+ years' experience in implementation and deployment of software solutions (SAAS).
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Technologies or similar.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of CRM management.
  • Availability to travel in Spain, Portugal, and occasionally in Europe.
