Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a talented team of Site Reliability Engineers, Developers, and Testers across various locations.
  • E nsure system reliability, scalability, and performance while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams, product management, and operations to achieve reliability goals and support growing infrastructure.
  • Work with a wide range of technological solutions, including cloud infrastructure (AWS), infrastructure-as-code (GitHub), deployments (Kubectl, Helm), monitoring (Dynatrace), and incident management (ServiceNow).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an Operations, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in reliability engineering, automation, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
  • Experience in incident management and resolution, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
