We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Partnerships Team at Ebury. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and recruiting new partners for our rapidly expanding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership sales plan to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners, including financial institutions, professional services, and real estate companies.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through partnerships and collaborations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements and onboarding processes.
  • Provide regular progress updates and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services organization.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
  • Fluent Spanish and a business-level of English.
  • First-class communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
