Job Overview

General Information

Foster and promote a culture of quality within Hitachi Energy by ensuring and enhancing customer quality interactions through effective tools and collaborative teams, aimed at surpassing customer expectations while maintaining sustainable operations. Responsible for upholding the Quality Management System within the dry transformers manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer complaints utilizing the Hitachi platform for tracking issues;
  • Provide proactive and regular updates on issue resolution to customers;
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the Hitachi complaint management system;
  • Communicate effectively with local management and relevant departments in cases of high-impact customer complaints, including timely submission of one-page reports;
  • Deliver weekly updates regarding all high-impact customer complaints;
  • Conduct statistical analysis of customer complaint data and propose improvements to relevant departments;
  • Ensure effective communication and timely responses to customer feedback and complaints;
  • Organize problem-solving sessions (8D methodology) within the factory, complete 8D reports, and submit findings to customers;
  • Perform regular internal audits and supervision on behalf of customers to confirm the execution of necessary improvement actions;
  • Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, demonstrating accountability for personal actions while prioritizing the well-being of colleagues and the organization.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline;
  • Ideally, 3 years of experience in a comparable role;
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English;
  • Strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel;
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous;
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities;
  • A proactive, flexible, open-minded team player with a strong desire to learn.
