Position Overview

The Salesforce Systems Specialist plays a crucial role in the ongoing management and optimization of Salesforce. This position involves configuring, customizing, and resolving issues within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce functionalities and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize and configure Salesforce to align with the requirements of the Revenue team, including the administration of user profiles, permissions, and data management.
  • Design and deliver training programs for users on Salesforce, which includes the creation of training materials and providing personalized support.
  • Identify and troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution of data, functionality, and performance challenges.
  • Monitor Salesforce performance metrics, analyze usage trends, and propose enhancements for improved efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various departments such as Data, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue on Salesforce-related initiatives, including working with developers to introduce new features and resolving user concerns with IT.
  • Stay informed about the latest Salesforce updates and functionalities by participating in training sessions, reading industry literature, and engaging in online communities.
