We're excited to find a Salesforce Recruitment Consultant to join our Salesforce Team. The team already has an active client base, so you will not be starting from scratch but new business is welcomed. Ideally, you are already experienced in recruiting Salesforce professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Salesforce Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Business Development and hunting
  • Approaching and building rapport with potential prospects
  • Taking requirements from clients
  • Understanding client needs and projects
  • Developing your vertical market knowledge
  • Organising and managing a recruitment process
  • Going to client meetings and participating in industry events
  • Following up on each placement

**Minimum Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven work experience as an Agency Recruiter hiring in the Salesforce space
  • Strong business development and account management experience
  • Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
  • Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews, and group interviews
  • Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities
