About the Role

We're seeking a Programme Specialist to join our team, reporting directly to the Programme Manager. As a key member of our managed workforce recruitment programme, you'll be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, managing relationships with local hiring managers, and ensuring seamless recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with local hiring managers and temporary recruitment requests
  • Record and maintain information on recruitment agency performance and hiring manager requirements
  • Conduct vacancy qualification meetings, brief 3rd party suppliers, screen incoming CVs, schedule interviews, and onboard contractors
  • Manage local relations with clients and agencies, track invoices, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor service level agreements and provide statistical analysis support
  • Prepare programme status reports for the Programme Manager
Requirements
  • Vendor Management Service/Managed Service provider experience desirable
  • Staffing industry experience desired but not required
  • Human Resources experience desired but not required
  • Ability to work with confidential issues and communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in presentations
  • Fluency in Italian and English to business level essential
