About the Role

We're seeking a skilled recruitment professional with excellent process knowledge, stakeholder management experience, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. As a Recruitment Programme Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our managed workforce recruitment programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with local hiring managers and coordinate temporary recruitment requests.
  • Record and maintain information regarding recruitment agency performance and hiring manager requirements.
  • Conduct vacancy qualification meetings with hiring managers, brief 3rd party suppliers, screen incoming CVs, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and manage onboarding and contractor management activities.
  • Manage local relations with clients and agencies, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor the successful achievement of local service level agreements and provide statistical analysis support as needed.
  • Prepare periodic programme status reports for the Programme Manager.
Requirements
  • Staffing industry experience is desired but not required.
  • Human Resources experience is also desired but not required.
  • Ability to work with confidential issues and communicate effectively in writing, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation settings in English.
  • Fluency in Italian and English to business level is essential.
