Position Overview

The Salesforce Systems Specialist plays a crucial role in the daily management of Salesforce, encompassing configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce functionalities and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize and configure Salesforce to align with the requirements of the Revenue team, including the management of user profiles, permissions, and data.
  • Design and execute user training programs on Salesforce, which involves creating training materials and providing personalized support to users.
  • Identify and resolve Salesforce-related issues, ensuring data integrity and optimal functionality.
  • Monitor Salesforce performance metrics, analyze trends, and propose enhancements for improved efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams across Data, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue on Salesforce-related initiatives, including working with developers to integrate new features and liaising with IT for user support.
  • Stay informed about the latest Salesforce features and updates by participating in training sessions, reading industry publications, and engaging in online communities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration.
