Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our online marketing team at our Barcelona Hub. As part of our digital transformation process, you will play a key role in implementing integrations between data streams of different systems and Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing integrations between data streams of different systems (SAS, AX,...) and Marketing Cloud
  • Providing ongoing support with Administrator functions across multiple Business Units
  • Building Marketing Cloud Journeys across all channels (Newsletter & Print)
  • Developing and creating responsive and personalized content using Marketing Cloud Programmatic Languages
  • Configuring Artificial Intelligence like Salesforce Einstein to reach out to the right customer at exactly the right time and using the right communication channel
Requirements:
  • Practical experience in a comparable field
  • Experience with marketing cloud systems and/or experience in the integration of eCommerce systems
  • Knowledge in digital marketing and/or CRM and ideally have already acquired the «Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant» certificate
  • Knowledge of HTML as well as basic knowledge of ampscript, Java, JSP or PHP
  • Practical experience with database systems (SQL)
  • Ability to present complex issues in a comprehensible way, both orally and in writing
  • Highly reliable and precise in your work
