About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Consultant to join our team at dentsu. As a key member of our Platform Enablement team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their goals through the effective use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead migration projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless transitions for clients
  • Assess client requirements, provide recommendations, and estimate the cost of delivery for Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Develop and implement campaign strategies, leveraging relational data and database marketing tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class campaign execution and governance
  • Provide training and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and growth
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a strong focus on campaign management and data analysis
  • Proven track record of leading migration projects and delivering successful campaign outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience with relational data and database marketing tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud
