About the Role

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Consultant will report into the Head of Platform Enablement and lead a team of consultants in helping clients achieve their goals of enriching customer experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of consultants in delivering Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to clients
  • Work across the full transformational journey, including requirements gathering, technology selection and enablement, migration and operationalisation of the software
  • Deliver front-end platform configuration, campaign/journey migration, and new client onboarding and transition to Managed Service team based on Merkle WoW
  • Promote Salesforce and grow the practice within the business
  • Work with other Principle Consultants to evolve the offering and deliverables
  • Lead on campaign design, data design, campaign operations stage gate, campaign execution, governance and control, and training
  • Lead a team of 2-4 Campaign Consultants (pending agreement and opportunities to do so)
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience manipulating, segmenting, selecting data, and activating customers through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience leading migration projects from start to finish
  • Experience in assessing client requirements, providing recommendations, and estimating the cost of delivery
  • Experience with relational data and database marketing, campaign, and reporting tools
  • Good team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly
  • Previous experience in managing a small campaign team is desirable
