About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Consultant to join our team at Dentsu. As a key member of our Platform Enablement team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their goals through the effective use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead migration projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless transitions for our clients.
  • Assess client requirements, provide recommendations, and estimate the cost of delivery for Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Develop and implement campaign designs, data strategies, and operational plans to drive client success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class campaign execution, governance, and control.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and growth within the team.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience manipulating, segmenting, selecting data, and activating customers through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven track record of leading migration projects and delivering successful campaign outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of relational data and database marketing, campaign, and reporting tools.
