About the Role

Merkle Uk is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Platform Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their goals through the effective use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead migration projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless transitions for our clients
  • Assess client requirements, provide recommendations, and estimate the cost of delivery for Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Develop and implement campaign strategies, leveraging relational data and database marketing tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates to drive innovation and growth
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in manipulating, segmenting, selecting data, and activating customers through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven track record of leading migration projects and delivering successful campaign outcomes
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of relational data and database marketing, campaign, and reporting tools
  • Desirable: previous experience in managing a small campaign team and providing training and support to junior team members
