About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Consultant to join our team at dentsu. As a key member of our Platform Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their goals of enriching their customer experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Consultant, you will lead a team of consultants in delivering transformational journeys, including requirements gathering, technology selection and enablement, migration and operationalisation of the software. You will work closely with clients to capture, document and translate business requirements into actionable tasks, and provide expert guidance on campaign design, data design, and campaign operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead migration projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and delivery
  • Assess client requirements, provide recommendations, and estimate the cost of delivery
  • Develop and implement campaign briefs, journeys, diagrams, and campaign lifecycle documentation
  • Provide expert guidance on campaign operations, including campaign RACI and ways of working (WoWs)
  • Train and develop team members, providing buddying, desk-side support, and bespoke campaign training

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience manipulating, segmenting, selecting data, and activating customers through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience leading migration projects from start to finish
  • Experience in assessing client requirements, providing recommendations, and estimating the cost of delivery
  • Experience with relational data and database marketing, campaign, and reporting tools
  • Good team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly
