About the Role

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Consultant will lead a team of consultants in helping clients achieve their customer experience goals using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities include:

  • Requirements gathering and technology selection
  • Enablement, migration, and operationalization of the software
  • Client onboarding and transition to managed service team
  • Promoting Salesforce and growing the practice within the business

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data manipulation, segmentation, and customer activation.

Experience leading migration projects and assessing client requirements is also required.
