**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a global digital communication strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives and business goals.
- Utilize Journey Builder to create standardized customer journeys that deliver a consistent and personalized experience to customers across different countries.
- Leverage Marketing Cloud to execute global multi-channel customer communication campaigns, including email marketing, SMS, and social media.
- Collaborate with communication specialists in different countries to identify and document best practices in digital communication.
- Create and manage a global community of communication specialists, facilitating knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and standardization of communication efforts.
- Use data analysis to evaluate the performance of global digital communication campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Ensure that all global digital communication efforts adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that communication specialists in different countries are well-versed in best practices and technology.

**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
