About the Team

As a Technical Account Manager, you will work closely with our largest and most complex users. Through trusted relationships, you will provide customized consultations, identify growth areas, and help businesses deliver more value to their customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize technical operations and accelerate global expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Support: Deliver a Gold Standard Experience to key stakeholders in your assigned accounts.
  • Strategic Consultations: Work with the Operations team to provide current state resources and knowledge to enable Gold Standard Experience across teams.
  • User Relationships: Foster long-term user relationships that grow loyalty to Stripe and its products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Customer Success and other user-facing teams to provide operational solutions on subjects like fraud, disputes, declines, product adoption, and global expansion.
  • Leadership: Lead user-facing meetings and collaborate on the design of support offerings.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits.
