The Surgical Solutions Executive will be responsible for:

  • Owning the full bag of comprehensive surgical devices and solutions including hemostasis, energy sealing and dissection, surgical stapling, and wound closure platforms.
  • Focusing on growing our hemostasis and wound closure platforms.
  • Selling surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision makers, primarily in an operating room setting.
  • Being assigned a sales territory focusing on assigned physicians and hospital institutions.
  • Being accountable to attain the forecast in their assigned accounts/territory.


This role requires a strong understanding of sales opportunities within accounts, setting priorities and making sound business decisions based on market information and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proper use of products to clinicians in the Operating Room environment, manage customer questions and objections in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology, and execute the selling cycle in a manner that drives results, is concise, professional, ethical, and leads the customer to action.
