Job Title: Regional Sales Director for Cosmetics Raw Materials
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our APAC sales and distribution network. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, driving business growth, and ensuring the effective promotion of our cosmetics raw materials products.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Networking and Partnerships: Establish and maintain a strong network of distributors across APAC, identifying opportunities for growth and development.">
- Distributor Management: Monitor and evaluate distributor performance, providing support and guidance to ensure they meet their sales targets and product promotions goals.">
- Product Training and Promotion: Provide regular product training sessions for distributors, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to promote our products effectively.">
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the APAC region, informing our sales and marketing strategies.">
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with distributors, colleagues, and other stakeholders.">
- Sales and Marketing Experience: Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, particularly in the cosmetics industry.">
- Knowledge of the APAC Market: In-depth understanding of the APAC region, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.">
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, analyzing data and making informed decisions.">
