About the Position

This role is responsible for maintaining and growing business-to-business (B2B) sales of OEM products and R&D services to existing customers, as well as identifying new opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with the VP Sales and Marketing OEM to deliver sales growth and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Deliver sales performance against budgeted targets, ensuring growth in both sales and gross profit.
  • Contribute to the development of the three-year strategic plan, aligning sales goals with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and updates, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunity.
  • Maintain accurate sales funnels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Promote Werfen's OEM services, bulk reagents, and biomaterials through effective advertising, marketing materials, and company presentations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field and has at least 10 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Office Tools (Excel & Word) and knowledge of SAP are essential. Fluency in Spanish or Catalan and advanced English skills are required. Familiarity with the IVD Market, Competition Dynamics, and Product Value Proposition is highly desirable.
