Opportunity for a Sales Manager in Spain

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to achieve sales and business growth objectives.
  • Manage channel conflict and foster excellent communication internally and externally.
  • Closely work with channel partners to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
  • Deploy, direct, and execute winning sales opportunities; effectively advise customers through consultative selling techniques.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments and headquarters for resource assignment and project planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • Proven work experience in sales and marketing in Spain in IT, software solution, innovative equipment, or financial equipment related experience.
  • Work experience with track records in channel/sales management.
  • Extended experience in direct/channel sales management, customer relationship development & management; wide and good connection with top management of banks or other financial institutions is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and aggressive sales skills.
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish & English.
