Logistics Manager for Spanish and Portuguese Markets

At Wd-40 Company (Uk), we're seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to lead our inventory and logistics operations for Spanish and Portuguese markets. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing our logistics strategy to achieve our 2030 objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage inventory planning, replenishment, control, and delivery of excellent services to external and internal customers.
- Oversee control master files in the ERP system and ensure seamless flow and delivery of goods to our Iberian warehouses and external customers.
- Work closely with our headquarters to support and improve the EMEIA supply chain strategy.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the supply chain in Spain and Portugal.
- Execute transactions in the ERP system to fulfill supply plans, maintain database accuracy, and coordinate import activities.
- Partner with sales and supply planning teams to ensure accurate forecasts, minimize excess inventory, and align on sales and operations planning.
- Guide 3PL operations, coordinate manufacturing activities, monitor order fulfillment, manage stock metrics, and assist in policy development.
- Manage logistics in Portugal, propose efficiency measures, and monitor delivery timelines.
- Oversee warehouse operations, reconcile inventories, manage inventory movement, provide performance data, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Maintain ERP systems, develop tools for efficiency and data integrity, coordinate system upgrades, and promote digital development projects.
- Communicate with internal and external customers to address needs and resolve issues, contributing to customer retention and corporate goals.
