We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Quality Manager to join our team at Logoplaste. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and quality systems.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics Management: Manage the receipt and dispatch of materials and finished products, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with ISO, FSSC, and BRC Certification systems.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality and production data, and provide regular reports to the Plant Manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to ensure adherence to quality and production procedures.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and overall production parameters.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial or production environment.
- Education: College degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Technical Skills: Experience with MS Office tools and SAP knowledge.
