Regional Marketing Manager Southern Europe: Drive Sales Performance and Establish Bugaboo as a Premium Parenting Brand

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to lead our Southern Europe team. As a key member of our Marketing EMEA team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across Southern Europe, predominantly Spain and Italy, through creative marketing strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to grow market share and establish Bugaboo as the most desired, talked about, and recommended premium parenting brand.
- Work closely with the Marketing EMEA Director to define the overall marketing strategy for the region, taking into account cluster objectives, HQ guidelines, and local market requirements.
- Collaborate with regional marketing managers to devise, manage, deliver, and measure successful marketing plans across all brand channels, including retail, high-reach media, social, PR, and influencers.
- Own the regional marketing calendar to ensure clear reflection of agreed plans.
- Work closely with the Sales Director and Account Managers to develop and deliver 360 marketing plans in conjunction with retail partners, ensuring delivery of ROI and driving sales performance.
