About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Amcor. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer strategies and drive business growth
  • Orchestrate and lead key business negotiations to drive Amcor's interests
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Sales, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a large-scale B2B environment
  • Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
