About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with our hiring managers in Spain and help us find the best candidates for our open positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and deliver a diverse range of top talent
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience and continuously improve our recruitment processes
  • Source, attract, and recruit the best candidates for our open positions
  • Work closely with stakeholders in the UK and our Head of Talent in London
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in Spanish and English at a business level
