Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

At Edwards Lifesciences, we are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition process for our manufacturing team in Moncado/Valencia Spain plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute strategic talent acquisition projects and recruiting activities to meet business needs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage and lead a small team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop search strategies and solutions.
  • Establish key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and emerging tools and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
