Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our high-volume recruitment efforts in the IT field. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting exceptional candidates, ensuring a seamless experience for all applicants, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for EMEA, covering roles such as developers, QA engineers, managers, infrastructure, and support.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract highly skilled candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the technical aspects of recruitment enablement, including ATS administration, reporting, and compliance with GDPR regulations and DEI principles.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to the candidate experience, such as improving communication, streamlining application procedures, and providing feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the recruitment process remains efficient and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner in a global company, preferably with a focus on high-volume recruitment in the IT industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of various sourcing strategies and recruitment techniques.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, open to AI-based technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within specified timelines.
  • Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Willingness to come to the office in Warsaw, Prague, Valencia, Madrid twice a week.
  • English B2 minimum.
