About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team at Octopus Energy Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers in Spain to understand their hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates, from screening to offering, to deliver a diverse range of candidates.
  • Constantly provide an amazing candidate experience and look to always improve this across the team.
  • Sourcing, attracting, and recruiting the best candidates.
  • Interviewing candidates for Octopus and providing a different view and insight for hiring managers.
Requirements
  • Fluent Spanish and English at a business level, with 80% of interviews conducted in Spanish.
  • Previous experience hiring in a fast-paced business, with a focus on output not input.
  • Interviewing candidates, with previous experience screening and assessing candidates for hard skills and cultural qualities.
