- Clarify inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements, providing solutions and following set procedures.
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to resolve customer issues and provide a positive experience.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Requirements:
- Finnish native and advanced English language skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
- User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database.
- Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality.
- Positive, motivated mindset to handle challenging customer situations.
- Goal-oriented work approach and adaptability to changing priorities and business processes.
What We Offer:
- Full-time contract with 39 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
- Rotatory shift schedule, 09:00-20:00 hours.
