Job Description:
You will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking guests when they need assistance or information. Your mission will be to answer their questions, manage bookings, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to guest inquiries via phone.
- Provide necessary information about the resort's facilities, activities, and services.
- Help with bookings for accommodation, meals, and leisure activities.
- Listen to guests with empathy and find quick solutions to their issues.
- Work with other departments to ensure the guest experience is seamless.
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Handle bookings and cancellations in line with company policies.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus. Experience in hospitality or tourism is even better.
- Great communication skills, friendly attitude, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Benefits:
- Permanent contract.
- Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM to 7 PM.
Estimated Salary: €30,000 - €40,000 per year, based on location and experience.
