**About the Role**

As a Brand Manager for Mattel's Dolls IP portfolio, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of IP brands and franchises. This role sits under the Regional Category Lead and will focus on our Dolls IP portfolio, including Polly Pocket, Monster High, Enchantimals, and new hot toy launches.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide strategic direction across product ranging, price architecture, and go-to-market approach to ensure effective, creative, and efficient implementation of Mattel's category strategies and plans.
  • Work closely with the world's leading storytellers within the toy category, as well as internal stakeholders across global and local marketing teams, insights, and digital marketing.
  • Develop marketing tactics that can be implemented in the region, working with digital partners.
  • Help define A&P Regional budget and contribute to European quotas meetings by monitoring quotas and raising opportunities or risks deviation from regional objectives.
  • Select and define the line architecture, define pricing and volumes for segment responsibility to deliver against defined objectives.
  • Support markets by delivering brand expertise, driving actionable business insights, removing barriers to execution, and expediting work with the Global Brand Team and other global stakeholders.

**What You'll Achieve**

  • Support the creation of Regional brand strategies for 15 markets.
  • Contribute to line creation by the Global Brand Team, providing feedback during the line creation process in collaboration with the EU3 local marketing team.
  • Provide feedback to the Global Brand Team on asset creation to adequately meet regional demand creation needs.
  • Contribute to developing frameworks, playbooks, and capabilities, as well as innovative marketing initiatives with supporting toolkits, grounded on consumer and business insights and collaboration with key markets.

**Requirements**

This role requires a strong understanding of the toy category and experience in brand management. You should have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
