Strategic Growth Associate for ULI Spain

Job Summary:
We seek a highly organized and communicative Associate to support the ULI Spain National Council team in driving membership growth and delivering member-led activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, proficiency in working with databases, and strong English language abilities.
This role requires flexibility, as you will be based in Madrid but work remotely with occasional on-site requirements. You will report directly to the Executive Director, ULI Spain, and contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to advancing the built environment.
About the Role:
As an Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
- General Administration: Serve as the first point of contact for member queries, handle administration of cloud-based filing systems, update the ULI Spain website, schedule meetings, and record minutes.
- Event Support: Collaborate closely with the council staff team and Executive Committee to deliver events for ULI Spain, respond to member inquiries regarding events, liaise with the ULI customer service team, prepare event materials, and monitor income generation.
- Data Management: Pull member data and event information from the ULI database, update member contact details, capture non-member/prospective member contact details, maintain data lists of ULI Spain Council Members, and create/update spreadsheets.
- Invoicing: Create payable invoices, communicate with payees, process incoming invoices, and track/chase payments.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Executive Director, ULI Spain, depending on project requirements.

- Proficiency in working with databases
- Strong English language abilities
We estimate the salary for this position to be around **€35,000 - €45,000 per annum**, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
