Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled German Technical Support Agent to join our team in Barcelona. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the continuity of our merchants' business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle first-line inbound technical support requests by phone, email, and tickets (B2B)
  • Assist new customers with technical setup of their account
  • Troubleshoot and investigate technical issues
  • Ensure continuity of the merchant business by responding quickly and correctly
  • Provide additional product information
  • Maintain a strong customer relationship
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments
Requirements
  • Native-level proficiency in German language (both spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of English language to effectively communicate with colleagues and handle customer interactions
  • 1-2 years of work experience in technical support/customer service in a technical environment
  • Tech-savvy: familiar with HTML, SQL, logs, Java, web design, coding, programming, etc.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with different software applications
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
