">Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, discovering their needs, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.
">Estimated Salary: €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Lead generation, qualification, and management: Prospect and generate leads through outbound calling with small and medium businesses, collaborate closely with clients to create a territory action plan, set up new meetings to hand off to other sales groups, and conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts.">
- Product/service sales, upsell (inbound and outbound): Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, assess needs, and close the sale; explain our client's products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs.">
- Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure, develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects, achieve or exceed monthly sales quota, reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used, and troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.">

- A solid Sales/Business Development mindset, ideally in the IT industry.">
- An understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with decision-makers.">
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.">
- Proficiency in English and Swedish languages.">
- The ability to relocate to Athens, Greece.">
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.">
