Digital Products Business Development Representative for Swedish Speaking Companies in Greece

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Products Business Development Representative to join our team in Greece. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both in Swedish and English, and experience in outbound sales, B2B sales or business development, ideally in the IT industry.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, discovering their needs, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.
You will help businesses work better together, move fast, and innovate. As a member of the Business Development team, you will be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses, proactively engaging them to build enthusiasm while identifying and qualifying their business needs to propose the proper digital solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Project 1: Lead generation, qualification, management
- Prospect and generate leads through outbound calling with small and medium businesses
- Collaborate closely with clients to create a territory action plan, including target companies, target prospects, and messaging/talk-tracks
- Set up new meetings to hand off to other sales groups
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts
- Achieve or exceed monthly quota of qualified leads
- Qualify opportunities and handle objections
- Research and build new and existing accounts
- Project 2: Product/service sales, upsell (inbound and outbound)
