Key Responsibilities:
- Support employees with day-to-day HR functions and duties, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Assist the Compensation & Benefits Specialist in payroll processing, contract preparation, benefits administration, and ad-hoc queries.
- Manage the employee onboarding process, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding activities.
- Administer Company Induction Training and Business Shadowing Training, including agenda preparation and facilitation.
- Develop and implement internal communications plans to engage employees and people managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR systems, files, spreadsheets, and reports, ensuring data integrity and supporting the team with dashboards and HR KPI updates.
- Conduct internal audits of employee and vendor data to ensure quality service and compliance.
- Perform file audits to ensure all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
- Document all activities and changes within appropriate systems in a timely and accurate manner.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
