We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to support our employees with day-to-day HR functions and duties while providing exceptional HR service. The role includes supporting HR Business Partners in recruitment processes and backing up the Compensation & Benefits Specialist in the full payroll process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support employees with day-to-day HR functions and duties, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  2. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  3. Assist the Compensation & Benefits Specialist in payroll processing, contract preparation, benefits administration, and ad-hoc queries.
  4. Manage the employee onboarding process, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding activities.
  5. Administer Company Induction Training and Business Shadowing Training, including agenda preparation and facilitation.
  6. Develop and implement internal communications plans to engage employees and people managers.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR systems, files, spreadsheets, and reports, ensuring data integrity and supporting the team with dashboards and HR KPI updates.
  8. Conduct internal audits of employee and vendor data to ensure quality service and compliance.
  9. Perform file audits to ensure all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
  10. Document all activities and changes within appropriate systems in a timely and accurate manner.
  11. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
