About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gucci Client Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth by meeting customer needs and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of Gucci products and brand heritage.
  • Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories, ensuring customers are aware of the latest fashion trends and luxury market developments.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers, dealing with diverse nationalities and personalities, and making them feel at ease.
  • Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information, using Company tools (CRM), to retain existing customers and identify new high-potential ones.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
  • Foster open and constructive communication with team members, being collaborative and proposing effective solutions.
  • Manage the visual display of products in accordance with Gucci visual standards.
  • Ensure store functional maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, in line with Corporate policies and procedures.
  • Follow Company grooming standards and policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
  • Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and customer attitude.
  • High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers.
  • Team-player mentality.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
  • Luxury product knowledge.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
