Beauty Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Advisor to join our Travel Retail team at Palma de Mallorca airport. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and executing in-store excellence.

• Deliver sales targets through excellent customer service and in-store execution
• Ensure up-to-date training on company-provided tools and apps
• Adhere to company uniform and grooming guidelines
• Find and suggest alternative and add-on sales to trade up
• Deliver strong service levels with retailers, agencies, and coworkers
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and report issues as needed
• Execute all sites and promotional activities with immediate action to fix issues
• Utilize store influence and available Point of Sales tools to secure additional display
• Maintain housekeeping routines and company standards of all visual displays
• Develop relationships with store staff and management and liaise regularly with the Coty Geneva team

• Language skills: Spanish and English, with extra language skills a plus, especially German
• 1 year sales experience in beauty or luxury sales-related environment (desirable)
• Flexibility and ability to go the extra mile
• Full-time availability with no restrictions on the schedule (weekends, morning shifts, afternoon shifts, etc)
• Strong passion, ambition, and drive
