About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Advisor to join our Travel Retail team at Palma de Mallorca airport. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and executing in-store excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets through excellent customer service and in-store execution
  • Ensure up-to-date training on company-provided tools and apps
  • Adhere to company uniform and grooming guidelines
  • Find and suggest alternative and add-on sales to trade up
  • Deliver strong service levels with retailers, agencies, and coworkers
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and report issues as needed
  • Execute all sites and promotional activities with immediate action to fix issues
  • Utilize store influence and available Point of Sales tools to secure additional display
  • Develop relationships with store staff and management and liaise regularly with the Coty Geneva team
Requirements
  • 1 year sales experience in beauty or luxury sales-related environment (desirable)
  • Language skills: Spanish and English. Extra language a plus, especially German
  • Flexibility and ability to go the extra mile
  • Full-time availability with no restrictions on the schedule (weekends, morning shifts, afternoon shifts, etc)
  • Strong passion, ambition, and drive
