We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Advisor to join our Travel Retail team at Palma de Mallorca airport. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and executing in-store excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver sales targets through excellent customer service and in-store execution
- Ensure up-to-date training on company-provided tools and apps
- Adhere to company uniform and grooming guidelines
- Find and suggest alternative and add-on sales to trade up
- Deliver strong service levels with retailers, agencies, and coworkers
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and report issues as needed
- Execute all sites and promotional activities with immediate action to fix issues
- Utilize store influence and available Point of Sales tools to secure additional display
- Develop relationships with store staff and management and liaise regularly with the Coty Geneva team
- 1 year sales experience in beauty or luxury sales-related environment (desirable)
- Language skills: Spanish and English. Extra language a plus, especially German
- Flexibility and ability to go the extra mile
- Full-time availability with no restrictions on the schedule (weekends, morning shifts, afternoon shifts, etc)
- Strong passion, ambition, and drive
