Beauty Advisor - Travel Retail Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Advisor to join our Travel Retail team at Palma de Mallorca airport. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and executing in-store excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales targets through excellent customer service and in-store execution.
  • Ensure up-to-date training on company-provided tools and apps.
  • Adhere to company uniform and grooming guidelines.
  • Find and suggest alternative and add-on sales to trade up.
  • Deliver strong service levels with retailers, agencies, and coworkers.
  • Maintain all deployed brand shelf layouts.
  • Execute all sites and promotional activity, with immediate action to fix issues.
  • Utilize store influence and available Point of Sales tools to secure additional display.
  • Ensure full availability of all lines and testers, correctness of retailer stock files, and report issues as needed.
  • Maintain housekeeping routines and company standards of all visual display, in line with brand and store guidelines.
  • Maintain excellent communication with the Coordinator and Retail Specialist.
  • Keep informed of all company initiatives.
  • Develop relationships with store staff and management and liaise regularly with the Coty Geneva team when required.
  • Give support to temporary staff from the agency.
  • Accurately complete company paperwork within set guidelines and time limits.
  • Submit sales figures to the Retail Specialist with trading comments on time.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient running of the store at all times.
