Job Title: Beauty Advisor - Travel Retail

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Advisor to join our Travel Retail team at Palma de Mallorca airport. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and executing in-store excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver sales targets through excellent customer service and in-store execution
  • Ensure up-to-date training on company-provided tools and apps
  • Adhere to company uniform and grooming guidelines
  • Find and suggest alternative and add-on sales to trade up
  • Deliver strong service levels with retailers, agencies, and coworkers
  • Maintain housekeeping routines and company standards of visual displays
  • Communicate effectively with the coordinator and retail specialist
  • Stay informed of company initiatives and develop relationships with store staff and management
Requirements:
  • 1 year of sales experience in beauty or luxury sales-related environment
  • Language skills: Spanish and English, with extra language skills a plus (especially German)
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment
  • Full-time availability with no restrictions on schedule (weekends, morning shifts, afternoon shifts, etc.)
