About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch solutions to telecom customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and adapting to a dynamic international setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers by responding to inbound requests and documenting relevant case information.
  • Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues.
  • Provide product information to customers, including subscription, payment, and technical requirements.
  • Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner.

Requirements:

  • Dutch native level (or Flemish) and English fluent.
  • Committed and dedicated team player with strong listening skills.
  • Service-minded person with the ability to handle conflicts in a constructive manner.
  • Strong communicator.

What We Offer:

  • Type of contract: Indefinido.
  • Working hours: 39h/week (5 working days a week).
  • Performance bonus of potentially 250€ per month.
  • Training 2-4 weeks and working with a buddy system.
