Dutch Telecom Support Specialist

Telecom Customer Support Role Overview
As a customer support agent at Nordsbroad, you will assist clients with inquiries related to their telecom services. This includes resolving both administrative and technical issues. Once you have completed training and gained experience in both areas, you may also handle inquiries through additional channels such as email and social media. Strong written communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their telecom services
- Resolve administrative and technical issues
- Handle inquiries through email and social media (after training and experience)
Training Program
On-site training will be provided, including 2 weeks of administrative training and 2 weeks of technical training after a period of handling only administrative inquiries.
Work Schedule
Shifts are assigned from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Your hours will be spread across 5 days each week.
