About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Lead to join our team at Abitu. As a Technical Support Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical support specialists and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technical support specialists to ensure that our customers receive timely and effective support.
- Identify and address technical issues and escalate to senior technical staff as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and implement processes to improve technical support efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with cloud and on-premises services, client/server architecture, and HTTP APIs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
