Job Overview

The Global Channel Marketing Optimization Lead will be responsible for driving and executing channel demand generation activities with our key strategic partners. This role requires an experienced and dynamic individual to drive the optimization of our marketing efforts across global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bring our ONE marketing framework to life, ensuring the consistent and effective execution of our marketing plans and activities, maintaining a strong and impactful marketing rhythm across your partners.
  • Capture and lead key marketing initiatives with respective teams, ensuring these initiatives are strategically aligned and deliver significant impact.
  • Oversee the planning and governance processes, ensuring that all marketing activities are well-coordinated, strategically planned, and executed efficiently.
  • Work closely with analytics and insights teams to leverage data-driven insights, driving continuous optimization of our marketing strategies and efforts.
  • Stakeholder management: Work closely with up and downstream stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Develop and implement enablement programs to ensure that teams are equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and best practices to achieve marketing excellence.
  • Drive the adoption of new processes and technologies to enhance marketing performance.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.
Requirements

This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global or multi-regional context. The ideal candidate should have proven experience building out a new role, in a changing environment. Strong stakeholder management skills, including buy-in creation, pipe targets, budgets, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, are also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as great compensation and benefits packages.
