Sales Representative Specialist

**Job Description:**

We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Swiss German-speaking Sales Representative for their Valencia office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
* Focus on new customers and reactivate lapsed customers
* Prospect new clients by building and following sales cadences
* Identify and qualify prospects in targeted companies
* Focus on driving profitability and customer growth
* Outbound calls to find new business and book meetings for Specialists and Account Managers
* Ability to ask the right questions to identify customer needs
* Demonstrate advance sales skills to break through in making contact with new prospects, profiling and cross selling and up selling, eventually closing on the phone
* Create an ongoing funnel
* Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline
* Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary
* Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow upon potential business
* Timely response and resolution of incoming customer calls regarding customer inquiries and request.

**Requirements:**

* Advanced level of English and German with Swiss German being a big plus, while additionally, French would be the cherry
* Strong communication skills
* Solid Sales Background (outbound environment)
* Achievement and goal oriented
* Good computer skills
* 1 Year Previous experience in Sales B2B
* Previous experience working with channel is a plus
* Motivated and self-starter
* Follow the security rules of the company
