About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales and Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing and deploying our cloud solutions in the fitness sector, achieving sales and profitability targets, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully plan and support the installation and implementation of Technogym cloud solutions in the fitness sector.
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for our digital offering: software, hardware, and devices.
  • Provide ongoing best-in-class support to drive usage and retention of Technogym cloud solutions.
  • Educate and support a blend of on-site training and events to maximize engagement and a sense of community, and remote delivery via webinar tools.
  • Provide successful customer training and activation in terms of e-learning, live training, and tutoring, to guarantee the highest usage of MyWellness platform and to maximize active users.
  • Promote and activate initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Support Field Sales in pre-sales activities, providing product training to the sales force about our Wellness Network products and services.
  • Define a list of prospects and customers to proactively visit and sell software solutions to regardless of whether there is an equipment opportunity.
  • Build best practices based on successful real customer case histories to demonstrate the value of our digital solutions on the market.
  • Provide reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in software implementation and deployment, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. You should have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Technologies or a similar field, and be fluent in English and Spanish. Additionally, you should have knowledge of CRM management and be available to travel in Spain, Portugal, and occasionally in Europe.
